A spectacular crash involving a flatbed truck was caught on tape inside the I-90 connector tunnel. The truck was too big, but the driver kept going despite alarms.

It happened Tuesday just after 4 p.m. on the westbound side.

In a video released by the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority Thursday, the flatbed truck carrying a crane is seen heading into the Ted Williams Tunnel. It triggered the overheight sensors and the warning sign before the tunnel's entrance, but the driver didn't stop.

Then, a latch detached and the boom of the crane became loose, causing sparks to fly...

Six people were taken to hospital today after the top deck of a bus was ripped off as it ploughed into a railway bridge.

Up to 15 others were hurt or suffered shock in the terrifying rush-hour incident in Kentish Town, North-West London.

Enterprising Malaysians have been caught on camera walking away with cartons of a beer after a delivery truck crashed on a major freeway.

Amateur footage uploaded onto the internet revealed traffic slowed to a steady crawl along the North-South Expressway as motorists – as well as a bus driver - stopped to take advantage of the crash on January 19th. (/w video)

I know the beer in the picture is Dutch brand Grolsch, but I happen to like Grolsch better than Carlsberg.

A sister of one of three people killed early Friday in Louisville said it "really isn't a shock to any of us" that her brother died in a high-speed crash.

"The thing that really makes me feel much better about this is they died doing what they loved to do — they were drinking, they were going fast and they were together," Lorie Flaherty said. "It gives me comfort, it does, to know those three things."

Yesterday our group went wheeling for a New Years day run. Not long into the ride one of the new Jeep Wranglers went past a fallen tree and a branch that was sticking out hooked the Jeep. A left-hand turn and a moment’s distraction landed Charles Farrell in a pretty big hole Wednesday morning.

The 61-year-old Fort Wayne man was headed to lunch just before noon and turned south from Washington Boulevard onto Calhoun Street.

The trouble was Calhoun Street is closed because of a yawning 8-foot-deep hole in front of the Hilton hotel. Thinking the road had reopened, but wondering why he was looking at a police car parked just a few yards away with its lights flashing, Farrell accidentally drove his silver Chevrolet Lumina into the hole.

A bizarre incident on Interstate 74 left a woman shaken and her car damaged early Tuesday morning.

Cincinnati police said the woman was driving west on the interstate near Montana Avenue just after 5 a.m. when a bowling ball crashed through the middle of the windshield.

Police blocked traffic on Beal Parkway after a sport utility vehicle smashed into a moving steamroller at about 9:30 p.m. Friday near Yacht Club Drive.

A motorist who was driving directly behind the white Nissan Xterra said the driver must not have seen the steamroller and smashed into it “full force ahead.”

It was like a scene out of a movie. A small cargo plane, flying over a busy highway, began losing steam and doing cartwheels in the sky over Florida.

Then it struck a warehouse, clipping its right wing, and crashed into a grassy swale on the side of the road — just metres from oncoming traffic.

The pilot of the fixed-wing twin-engine Beech 18, Robert Robertson, survived, with only minor injuries. The only person on board, Mr Robertson broke his left leg, left arm and nose and has a gash on his forehead.

Fourteen people are still recovering from injuries after being hit by a car on the Las Vegas Strip.

It happened late Wednesday afternoon when the a car jumped the curb just north of Harmon. Police say the driver of the car suffered a diabetic seizure behind the wheel, which caused him to lose control.

Two of the people hit were taken to University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The others were treated and released at various hospitals.

We have seen quite a few people in the past weeks who were able to destroy a red Italian race car. And now have a new one. This is the next idiot. He just didn't know how to take a left turn and now it's gone...

These horrific pictures show the moment that two planes crashed into each other while performing at an airshow.

The two planes careered into each other in mid air with devastating consequences - the aicrcraft were completely blown apart by the force of the collsion.

Debris was blasted across the sky as smoke billowed from the cockpits.

Spectators at the airshow, 60 miles from Warsaw, were horrified as they looked up and saw the killer smash.

At 6am in the morning on August 29, a truck which was traveling along Beijing-Zhuhai highway in Xuchang, China, met with an accident. The vehicle collided with the road barrier and overturned, falling into a six-meter deep drain. The accident was caused by the driver who fell asleep on the wheel due to fatigue. The force of the impact flung the driver a couple of meters from the vehicle. According to news report, the driver was not injured at all and the most interesting aspect is that he continued sleeping soundly beside the scene of the accident.
